1.SUPER MOUNT's ASTRO CARBON TRIPOD adopts "high elastic carbon fiber" which is one rank higher than the carbon tripod that is commonly used.
It is a premium carbon tripod that has the advantage of being lightweight while also having high rigidity.
The vibration damping force is about 1/10 compared to other tripods in the same class, instantly clearing vibrations during photography.

2.The high-elasticity carbon tube used in the CYG tripod series is twice as thick as GITZO or general astronomical tripods.
The thickness of the carbon legs of the GITZO3 series is 1.1mm, and the thickness of general astronomical tripods is 0.8 to 1.0mm.
The CYG series uses 2.5mm premium carbon, which is more than twice as thick as these.
Although it is very effective, if the thickness of the carbon tripod is doubled, the performance ratio is improved by about 4.5 times.
In addition, considering the precision and strength of other parts in the CYG tripod series, the performance ratio is about 9 times higher than that of other companies' products.
3.The leg extensions are airtight and highly waterproof.

RDL(rotatable double locking)system
RDL specification options are available for each CYG tripod series.
It enables horizontal rotation, which is convenient for adjusting the polar axis direction, and makes it easy to attach and detach the mount.
In addition, the fixing strength is sufficient, and in addition to fixing with 3 screws around the circumference, there is also a fixing screw in the center, so it can be double locked.
The upper plate (pictured above) is also sold separately so that it can be replaced for each mount. (for 3/8 inch, for RST, etc.)

The "G" series is a geared elevator specification.
