Disassemble each drive part and clean the deteriorated grease. Perform grease-up adjustment.

Precision adjustment around each drive gear. Remove rattling.
bearing replacement
For equipment with internal bearings, all bearings will be replaced.
*Some models cannot be exchanged.
Inspection of each part
When disassembling, check each part for any abnormalities.
operation check
Check tracking operation and controller operation. Check the introduction operation for the automatic introduction controller.
Other inspections and adjustments
We will carry out detailed inspections and adjustments upon request.
